QUALITY POLICY

1. THE COMPANY & THE AIM OF THE POLICY

a) Ability Projects is an integrated Building Trades and Maintenance services provider, delivering diverse capabilities across all building trades. The company is based on a one-stop shop model where clients have all their project and maintenance requirements delivered through a single point of contact. We provide a total facility management solution to the education, commercial and industrial sectors. Integrated trades and maintenance services are customised according to individual clients’ needs, with all services provided within the one fully integrated system
b) Our policy is to ensure that all works and services we provide is carried out with the management of quality inputs and outcomes at its workplaces.
c) The implementation of this policy shall assist in ensuring that quality management is provided to promote a quality conscious work site for our Clients, workers, contractors and others.

2. OUR OBJECTIVES
a) Provide services in a professional and quality conscious manner to our clients and maintaining a quality aware place of work at all of its places of work e.g. office, factory and field.
b) Manage the development and growth of our Client base in a manner that shall maintain stability with existing Clients.
c) Ensure construction and servicing schedules are agreed and achieved.
d) Strive to meet and surpass Client’s expectations regarding cost, quality and time.
e) Respond to client complaints within 24 hours to the client’s satisfaction; strive to ensure there are no repeat complaints by incorporating corrective and preventative actions into our continual improvement process.
f) Establish and maintain an integrated Management system (IMS) which incorporates the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 in compliance with applicable legislation and regulations.
The framework for establishing and reviewing company objectives can be found in the document GEN003.01 Objectives and Targets Table, where our targets and progress are also detailed.

3. OUR COMMITMENT
a) All personnel will be actively engaged in the development of our quality system. Management is committed to fostering an environment of open communication to encourage feedback from personnel, clients and subcontractors so that we can work towards continual improvement of our services and management system.
b) Our Integrated Management Manual shall outline the requirements of both Ability Projects and our Clients. Once these requirements are identified, is will be our policy to maintain control and to review and continually improve.
